Because each item at Double Take Tees is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your sizing, shipping address, and order details before checking out.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s a clear printing issue, we’ve got you. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to get you a replacement or a refund.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or mistakes made during the order process. If you have any concerns, please contact us—we’re here to help and want to make things right when it truly matters.
