Welcome to Double Take Tees! By using our site and placing an order, you agree to the terms laid out below. We’ve kept it clear and straight-up, so you always know what to expect.

Order Process and Fulfillment
All of our products are made to order. Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, it’s sent to our fulfillment partner, Printify, to be created and shipped. Because of this process, we’re unable to make changes once the order is in production. So please double-check your order details—especially your size, shipping address, and selected design—before checking out.

Payments
We use secure payment systems through Shopify and trusted third-party providers. By making a purchase, you confirm that your payment information is correct and that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Pricing and Product Availability
We do our best to keep everything on our site up to date, but prices, product availability, and design details may change without notice. If there’s ever an issue with an order—like a pricing error or a product suddenly going out of stock—we’ll reach out and make it right where possible.

Third-Party Services
We partner with third-party services such as Printify to fulfill and ship your orders. While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth process, we don’t control these third parties and are not responsible for their delays, errors, or product availability. That said, we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

Prohibited Uses
Please don’t use our site or products for anything unlawful, offensive, or harmful. That includes infringing on intellectual property, impersonating others, or trying to mess with our systems or services.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from your use of our products or website.

Shipping Delays
